Terms of Service

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Availability

All appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once booking is completed. Please ensure all required signers are prepared with their documents, have valid identification and are ready at the time of your appointment.

Changes to Services

Any changes or additions to the services requested after the initial booking will be immediately addressed. Additional fees resulting from these changes must be paid prior to the notary completing services.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment forefeit any payments made towards the service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 8 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Requests made within 7 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and are subject to availability.

Travel Fees (Mobile Services)

For mobile notary services, travel fees are non-refundable once the notary is en route or has arrived at the agreed location.

Wait Time

A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. Delays beyond this time may result in additional wait time fees or appointment cancellation, at the notary’s discretion.

Document Readiness

Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete (but unsigned) prior to the appointment. The notary is not responsible for errors or omissions within the documents.

Identification Requirements

All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization, as required by Texas law.

Right to Refuse Service

Services may be refused if proper identification is not provided, if the signer appears unwilling or unable to understand the document, or if any situation violates notary laws and regulations.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of services, as agreed. Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking.

Forfeiture Policy

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that any payments made may be forfeited under the following circumstances:

Same-day cancellations or no-shows

Changes or additions to services not communicated in advance and resulting in additional fees that are unpaid

Failure to provide complete documents or valid identification at the time of the appointment

All forfeited fees are non-refundable and are intended to cover time, travel, and administrative costs incurred by the notary.
